IHTMLRuleStyle::get_visibility Method


Retrieves the value of the visibility attribute for the element.

Syntax

HRESULT get_visibility(
    BSTR *p 
);

Parameters

p
Address of a variable that receives the value of the attribute. The variable receives NULL if the attribute is not set. For details, see the visibility attribute.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if successful, or an error code otherwise.

Windows CE Use version 2.12 and later
Minimum availability Internet Explorer 4.0

IHTMLRuleStyle::put_visibility Method


Sets the value of the visibility attribute for the element. The attribute determines whether the content of the element is visible.

Syntax

HRESULT put_visibility(
    BSTR v 
);

Parameters

v
String that specifies whether the element is visible. Set this parameter to NULL to remove the attribute. For details, see the visibility attribute.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if successful, or an error code otherwise.

Remarks

Space is reserved for the element's content regardless of the value of the visibility attribute.
