IHTMLTableCol::get_vAlign Method


Retrieves how the text and other content of an element is vertically aligned within the element.

Syntax

HRESULT get_vAlign(
    BSTR *p 
);

Parameters

p
Address of a string variable that receives one of these strings:

baseline Aligns the baseline of the first line of text with the baselines in adjacent elements.
bottom Aligns the text at the bottom of the element.
middle Aligns the text in the middle of the element. This is the default value for this property.
top Aligns the text at the top of the element.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if successful, or an error code otherwise.

Windows CE

Windows CE Use version 2.12 and later
Minimum availability Internet Explorer 4.0

Sets how the text and other content of an element is vertically aligned within the element.

HRESULT put_vAlign(
    BSTR v 
);

Parameters

v
String that specifies the vertical alignment. Can be one of these strings:

baseline Aligns the baseline of the first line of text with the baselines in adjacent elements.
bottom Aligns the text at the bottom of the element.
middle Aligns the text in the middle of the element. This is the default value for this property.
top Aligns the text at the top of the element.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if successful, or an error code otherwise.
