Add the Chart button to a toolbar in Design view of a form or report

Note   You can add the Chart button only in a Microsoft Access database, not a Microsoft Access project.

1. Switch to the appropriate view, and make sure the toolbar you want to put the Chart button on is displayed.
   
   
2. Right-click anywhere on the toolbar.
   
   
3. Click Customize.
   
   
4. Click the Commands tab.
   
   
5. In the Categories box, click Toolbox.
   
   
6. From the Commands box, drag the Chart button to the toolbar on which you want it to appear.
