Change the query in the RowSource property for a chart in a form or report

1. Open the form in form Design view or report in report Design view.
   
   
2. Make sure the chart is selected, and then click Properties .
   
   
3. Click in the RowSource property box, and then click Build to the right of the RowSource property box to open the Query Builder.

   The Query Builder displays the RowSource query in Design view.

4. Change the query.

   To preview your changes, click Datasheet on the View menu.

5. Close the Query Builder.
   
   
6. To see the changes to the chart, you must open the form in Form view, or the report in Print Preview.
