To change the data in an underlying table

• Open the underlying table in Datasheet view and then edit the data.

To change the data in an underlying record source

• Open the underlying record source in Design view and then edit the data.

When you have changed the data in the underlying table or other record source, you must open the form in Form view or report in Print Preview to see the chart with current data.

If changing the data in the underlying table or other record source doesn't work, you can try changing the query in the RowSource property. For information on changing the RowSource query, click .
