Choose an existing image for a toolbar button or menu command

1. On the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then click Customize.
   
   
2. If it isn't already displayed, show the toolbar, menu bar, or shortcut menu with the toolbar button image or menu command image you want to change.

3. With the Customize dialog box open, do one of the following:
   • To change a toolbar button image, right-click the button on the toolbar, point to Change Button Image on the shortcut menu, and then click an image.
     
     
   • To change a menu command image, click the menu name on the menu bar or toolbar, or click the shortcut menu that contains the command with the image you want to change. Right-click the menu command, point to Change Button Image on the shortcut menu, and then click an image.

Note   If you change the image for a command on a built-in menu (for example, the Edit menu), that image appears in all views showing that menu with that command.
