Designate a global shortcut menu for an Access database or Access project
You can define a global shortcut menu to replace built-in shortcut menus for datasheets, forms, form controls, and reports.
- On the Tools menu, click Startup.
- In the Shortcut Menu Bar box, click the name of a custom shortcut menu from the current Microsoft Access database or Microsoft Access project, or click (Default) to use the built-in shortcut menus.
Notes
- Changes to this setting in the Startup dialog box won't take effect until the next time the Access database or Access project is opened.
- You can designate or change the shortcut menu in a Visual Basic for Applications procedure by setting the ShortcutMenuBar property of the Application object. For more information about the ShortcutMenuBar property, click .
