If the database object that you want to save is a table, a module, or a view, close the object.
If the database object is open and is selected in the Database window, click Save As on the File menu.
If the object isn't open, in the Database window, click the object type under Objects; click the object, and then click Save As on the File menu.
In the Save As dialog box, type a unique name that follows Microsoft Access object-naming rules, and then click OK. If you are in a Microsoft Access database that is a Design Master, and if you want the new object to be replicated to other databases, then select the Make Replicable check box.
