Move or copy a toolbar button

1. Show the toolbar with the button you want to move or copy and the toolbar you want to move or copy the button to.
   
   
2. Do one of the following:
   • To move a toolbar button when the Customize dialog box is open, drag the button to the new location on the same toolbar or on another toolbar. If the dialog box isn't open, hold down ALT and drag the button to the new location.
     
     
   • To copy a toolbar button when the Customize dialog box is open, hold down CTRL and drag the button to the new location. If the dialog box isn't open, hold down CTRL+ALT and drag the button to the new location.

Note   You can move or copy a button from a toolbar to a menu, too.
