Add a built-in menu to a toolbar or menu bar

1. On the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then click Customize.
   
   
2. Show the menu bar or toolbar you want to add a built-in menu to.

3. Click the Commands tab.
   
   
4. In the Categories box, click Built-in Menus.
   
   
5. Drag the menu you want from the Commands box to the toolbar or menu bar.

Note   If a menu command does not appear in the Commands box, you can make it available by clicking Built-in Menus in the Categories box and then adding the built-in menu that contains that command to the toolbar or menu bar. However, if you change the built-in menu on the toolbar or menu bar, that change appears in all views that have that menu.
