Move or copy a menu to a menu bar or toolbar

1. Show the menu bar or toolbar with the menu you want to move or copy and the menu bar or toolbar you want to move or copy to.
   
   
2. Do one of the following:
   • To move a menu when the Customize dialog box is open, drag the menu to the new location on the same or another menu bar or toolbar. If the dialog box isn't open, hold down ALT, and then drag the menu to the new location.
     
     
   • To copy a menu when the Customize dialog box is open, hold down CTRL and drag the menu to the new location on the same or another menu bar or toolbar. If the dialog box isn't open, hold down CTRL+ALT, and then drag the menu to the new location.
