Seal all outgoing messages

This feature applies only within your organization and only if you and the recipients of your messages use Microsoft Exchange Server. Your system administrator must have set up security on your computers.

1. Display the message header by sending a database object as an attachment or sending a data access page as the body of an e-mail message.
   
   
2. Click Options.
   
   
3. Under Security, click Encrypt message contents and attachments.
