Set the importance level for a message

1. Display the message header by sending a database object as an attachment or sending a data access page as the body of an e-mail message.
   
   
2. Do one of the following:

   To mark the message as very important, click Importance: High .

   To mark the message as not important, click Importance: Low .

   To remove the importance level symbol from the message, click the importance button again.

Note   To automatically mark all messages you send with the same importance level, click Options. Under Message settings, click the importance level you want.
