hasChildNodes Method


Returns whether the object has children.

Syntax

bChildNodes = object.hasChildNodes()

Return Value

Boolean. Returns true if the object contains HTML elements or TextNodes.

Remarks

If the object contains HTML elements or TextNodes, they can be accessed from the childNodes collection.
