Sets or retrieves the reading order of the specified object.

Syntax

HTML{ direction: sDirection }
Scriptingobject.style.direction [ = sDirection ]

Possible Values

sDirection String that specifies one of the following values:
ltrText flow is left-to-right.
rtlText flow is right-to-left.
inheritText flow value is inherited.

The property is read/write with a default value of ltr.

Expressions can be used in place of the preceding value(s), as of Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5. For more information, see Dynamic Properties.
