IHTMLAnchorElement::get_rev Method


Retrieves the relationship(s) described by the hypertext link from the anchor to the target, but the semantics of the link type are in the reverse direction.

Syntax

HRESULT get_rev(
    BSTR *p
);

Parameters

p
Address of a string (BSTR) variable that returns the relationship(s). This parameter returns a comma-separated list of relationship values.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if successful, or an error code otherwise.

Remarks

A link from A to B with REL="X" expresses the same relationship as a link from B to A with REV="X". An anchor can have both rel and rev properties.

IHTMLAnchorElement::put_rev Method


Sets the relationship(s) described by the hypertext link from the anchor to the target, but the semantics of the link type are in the reverse direction.

String (BSTR) variable that specifies the relationship(s) to set. This parameter is a comma-separated list of relationship values.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if successful, or an error code otherwise.

Remarks

A link from A to B with REL="X" expresses the same relationship as a link from B to A with REV="X". An anchor can have both rel and rev properties.
