Retrieves the current value of the specific style attribute of the element.

Syntax

HRESULT getAttribute(
    BSTR strAttributeName,
    long LFlags,
    VARIANT *AttributeValue
);

Parameters

strAttributeName

String (BSTR) that contains the style attribute name of the element.

LFlags

Long integer value that is set to zero.

AttributeValue

Address of a VARIANT structure returning the specific style attribute of the element.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if successful, or an error code otherwise.
