This interface signals changes in the list of running applications maintained by the machine debug manager. It can be used by the debugger integrated development environment (IDE) to display a dynamic list of applications.

onAddApplication Called when a new application is added to the list of running applications. onRemoveApplication Called when an application is removed from the list of running applications.
