Enter a hyperlink address in Form view or Datasheet view

There are several ways to enter a hyperlink address in a form or datasheet for records that each have a different hyperlink. In a Microsoft Access database (.mdb), you can use all the following methods to enter a hyperlink in a table, query, or form in Datasheet view, or in a form in Form view. In a Microsoft Access project (.adp), you can use all these methods to enter a hyperlink in a form in Form or Datasheet view. In Datasheet view of a table, view, or stored procedure, you must type the hyperlink in the field.
