- If you don't display the Database window, you need to display a form or data access page that others can use to navigate in your Access database or Access project. For more information, click .
- Even if you clear the Display Database Window check box, the Database window may still be accessible by using a special key combination. For more information, click . And even if you disable the Database window and the key combination, it may still be possible for a user to access the Database window. This can happen if a user tries more than once to open the same Access database or Access project from the list of most-recently-used Access databases or Access projects, which automatically appears on the File menu. To prevent users from accessing this list, replace the File menu with your own custom menu.
