Switch between views of a data access page

To create a data access page, or to open a page in Design view, Page view, or in Microsoft Internet Explorer, you must install Internet Explorer 5 or later if it isn't already installed.

Switch between views from within Microsoft Access

1. Open the data access page in Design view or Page view.
   
   
2. Click the View button on the toolbar to change to the view indicated by the graphic.

Switch between Microsoft Access and Internet Explorer

Do one of the following:

• In Microsoft Access, open the page in Design view or Page view, and then click Web Page Preview on the File menu.
  
  
• In Internet Explorer, click Edit in Microsoft Access on the File menu to open the page in Design view in Microsoft Access.
