My built-in toolbars and menus have disappeared. How do I get them back?

I've made changes to the built-in toolbars that came with Microsoft Access. How do I return them to their original state?

I removed the Toolbars command from the View menu or removed the View menu from the menu bar. How can I display the Customize dialog box, or get the Toolbars command or View menu back?
