onkeypress Event


Fires when a user presses a key.

Syntax

VARIANT_BOOL onkeypress(
    IHTMLEventObj *pEvtObj
);

Parameters

pEvtObj
[in] Address of an IHTMLEventObj interface variable.

Return Value

Return VARIANT_TRUE if bubbling should be canceled, or VARIANT_FALSE to continue bubbling up the event chain.

This event is available in Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5 and later.
